Job DescriptionNorthland Community Technical College is currently accepting applications for in person, part-time faculty positions on our East Grand Forks, MN and Thief River Falls, MN campuses in several disciplines for Spring 2026 and beyond, including Mathematics, Biology, Business, and other disciplines.The Adjunct Instructor is responsible for classroom and lab instruction depending on the program. The instructor is expected to work as a team member in maintaining a learning environment that meets the educational requirements of the postsecondary student.Northland Community Technical College is establishing a pool of candidates for adjunct instructor roles. Appointments will be for short-term/long-term substitutes, adjunct, and temporary fixed term instructors teaching one semester or one academic year and may be renewed depending on program needs.Minimum QualificationsAll applicants must meet the credentialing requirements established by Minnesota State. While many positions require an in-field master?s degree, others require industry experience, certifications, or other academic credentials. Requirements vary by discipline and are detailed on the Minnesota State College Faculty Credentialing website.Other Requirements*Pool searches may not be actively engaged in hiring.
