Looking for a passionate on field person to deliver day to day advisory services to farmers at a globally recognized Agri-tech startup. Job Type: Full time Location: Dhar, M.P. Reporting to: Team Leader Key Responsibilities Onboard new farmers to Kheyti Greenhouse program. Train the onboarded farmers on maintenance of Greenhouse and protected cultivation. Resolve farmers’ agronomy-related queries and ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction. Improve inbound and outbound farmer engagement by tele calling and coordinating field visits and campaigns to increase awareness of best practices. Farmer database maintenance. Work closely with senior agronomists to provide input recommendations. Ensure warehousing and timely delivery of inputs to farmers.
