Job Type: Full time Location: Parkal, Telangana Reporting to: Team Leader Key Responsibilities Onboard new farmers to Kheyti Greenhouse program. Train the onboarded farmers on maintenance of Greenhouse and protected cultivation. Resolve farmers’ agronomy-related queries and ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction. Improve inbound and outbound farmer engagement by telecalling and coordinating field visits and campaigns to increase awareness of best practices. Farmer database maintenance. Work closely with senior agronomists to provide input recommendations. Ensure warehousing and timely delivery of inputs to farmers. Ideal Candidate We're looking for a mission-driven individual who is passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of smallholder farmers. Must-Haves Bsc/Msc in Agriculture or Horticulture Enthusiastic about expansion and willingness to do travel. Knowledge on horticulture/crop management Nice-to-Haves Passionate about bringing a revolution in the traditional agricultural systems and practices.
