We focus on their growth and give flexibility. What you will do Onboard new farmers to Kheyti Greenhouse program. Train the onboarded farmers on maintenance of Greenhouse and protected cultivation. Resolve farmers’ agronomy-related queries and ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction. Improve inbound and outbound farmer engagement by telecalling and coordinating field visits and campaigns to increase awareness of best practices. Farmer database maintenance. Work closely with senior agronomists to provide input recommendations. Ensure warehousing and timely delivery of inputs to farmers. Ideal persona Qualifications Bsc/Msc in Agriculture or Horticulture Enthusiastic about expansion and local mobility Knowledge on horticulture/crop management Attitudes / Ambitions Passionate about bringing a revolution in the traditional agricultural systems and practices. Eagerness to learn and explore more on Agronomy or Horticulture and contribute to the vision and mission of the company.
