The Role

We’re looking for motivated Graduate Project Engineers to join our team. You’ll support the delivery of major civil and resources projects across WA, gaining exposure to planning, scheduling, safety, quality, subcontractor management, and on-site coordination. This is an opportunity to learn from experienced leaders, take on meaningful responsibilities, and build the foundations of a career in construction.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Support daily communication between project teams, subcontractors, and site crews.
• Track progress and milestones across multiple work fronts.
• Review drawings and specifications for accuracy.
• Maintain project records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Assist with procurement, QA, and site safety checks.
• Learn on the job from supervisors, engineers, and project managers.

About You

• Tertiary qualification in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering (or working towards completion).
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive and safety-focused mindset.
• Willingness to work FIFO, DIDO, or Perth-based as required.
• Current WA Driver’s Licence and White Card (or ability to obtain).
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug & alcohol testing.

• FIFO ex-Perth - 2:1 roster.
• DIDO opportunities available.
• Perth-based project work for select crews.
• Immediate starts available.
• Ongoing opportunities for the right people.
