The Role

We’re on the lookout for HSE Advisors who know how to walk the job, read the room, and earn trust. With new projects kicking off around WA, we need people who can spot problems early, keep things practical, and help build sites where everyone arrives home safely. This is an open call. Maybe you’re ready now, or maybe you’re just looking at what’s next. Either way, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Work alongside supervisors and crews to keep safety sharp and workable.
• Run toolbox talks and site check-ins that actually connect, not just tick off.
• Keep the process clear, useful, and free of fluff.
• Stay on top of reporting, compliance, and client requirements.
• Be steady on site. Reliable, approachable, and switched on.

What You’ll Bring

• Solid experience in HSE on civil, mining, or resources projects.
• A recognised HSE qualification (Cert IV, Diploma or equivalent)
• Straight-up communication skills - clear, calm, and practical.
• The kind of mindset that sees a problem, owns it, and gets it sorted.
• A belief that safety’s a shared job - not just one person’s clipboard.
