Job Description
Purpose of the Role:
- To execute the project as per schedule and on time
- To manage site resources and subcontractors
- To create and maintain proper project documents
Responsibilities:
- Execute project as per schedule.
- Planning of material/manpower ahead to complete the activity to avoid delay.
- Study drawings and execute the works.
- Ensure site safety/ Quality.
- Responsible to raise indent, material inspection, stock updation and consumption monitoring.
- Weekly material reconciliation to be checked related to executed qty and submit to HO.
- To track and monitor the subcontractor works as per Work order.
- Responsible to update project progress status to the customer
- Preparing of MIS report.
- Responsible to prepare measurement sheet and obtain approval.
- Analysis the subordinate work quality and safety
- Weekly plan to be submit to HO.
- Coordinate with internal team for smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with customer and consultant for additional works
