EH132 - Temporary Full-Time Housekeeper - New York City

Overview

A wonderful family of four traveling to New York is seeking a temporary, full-time housekeeper. The travel dates are still to be confirmed, but will be from mid-September through mid-December.  The family will be staying on either the Upper West Side or Upper East Side, and will need reliable, experienced support during this transitional period. The schedule is to be confirmed, but will be Monday through Friday, 60-hours per week.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to;

• Daily cleaning, tidying, and general upkeep of all common areas 
• Daily laundry (family clothing, bed linens, and towels) and ironing
• Daily trash removal and breaking down boxes
• Maintaining an inventory of toiletries, cleaning products, and other household supplies; running errands as needed to keep the household fully stocked
• Scheduled deep cleaning 
• Assisting with childcare if required

Qualifications

• Meticulous attention to detail 
• Calm, confident, and effective communicator 
• Full discretion and confidentiality
• A live-out position is preferred

Requirements

• Experience with households that have young children
• NYC familiarity is essential since the family isn't local
• Reliable, discrete, and professional approach
• Fluent English speaking

Salary and Benefits

• $40+/hr
