REQUISITION DEPARTMENT / DESIGNATION: E Commerce Executive - Womens Wear (Fashion Brand)
REQUIRED NO. OF MANPOWER: One
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED: Graduate/ Post Graduate
SALARY in CTC: Depends on candidate existing ctc
RELEVANT EXP IN YRS: 2-5 YEARS TOTAL EXP IN YRS: 2 YEARS
WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inventory Management
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock for order fulfillment.
- Perform regular inventory counts and audits, reconciling discrepancies when necessary.
- Work with suppliers to ensure timely restocking and resolve supply chain issues.
- Update inventory management systems with incoming and outgoing stock data.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments (sales, purchasing, logistics) to ensure seamless inventory flow.
Order Processing
- Receive, review, and process customer orders, ensuring all details are correct and aligned with inventory availability.
- Monitor and troubleshoot order processing system errors or delays.
- Handle order cancellations, modifications, and returns as required.
Catalog Management
- Create and maintain accurate, detailed product listings with correct descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
- Coordinate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure catalog data is current and consistent across all platforms.
- Conduct regular audits of the product catalog to identify discrepancies or outdated information.
- Manage catalog content across multiple channels

- Marketplace strategy development
- Sales performance and analytics
- Inventory and order management
- Working experience with Myntra, ajio, amazon, Nykaa
- Seller portal experience- Myntra, ajio, amazon, FK, Nykaa
KEY SKILLS / ABILITIES:
- Learning Ability
- Self Driven.
PREFERENCE IN CANDIDATE:
- Ready to settle in Faridabad or Living NearBy.
