About the job

IN A NUTSHELL

Bellroy is a digitally-native carry brand that takes great pride in crafting exceptional products while delivering an unparalleled customer experience. With established Amazon storefronts across fourteen countries, we're focused on optimizing our current success while accelerating growth in emerging markets. We are seeking an Amazon eCommerce Specialist to join our marketplace team to help drive these initiatives forward.

In this role, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to manage our diverse marketplace presence. You'll leverage Amazon's commerce tools to enhance performance through localized strategies, advertising optimisation and customer experience improvements. Your project management skills and marketplace expertise will help us build on our success in established markets and accelerate growth in emerging markets, all while ensuring compliance with local requirements.

Bring us your passion for Amazon eCommerce, eye for detail, and drive for results. In return, we'll offer you the opportunity to make an impact on marketplaces worldwide, work on meaningful projects, and the support you need to flourish.

YOU COULD BE THE ONE IF YOU HAVE…

  • At least 3 years of experience in eCommerce, preferably Amazon eCommerce including Seller Central exposure
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms and performance optimization
  • Experience or interest in SEO / product listing optimisation (proficiency using Amazon marketplace research and optimisation tools would be highly desirable)
  • Strong data analysis skills with a proven track record of using data to spot growth opportunities and quantify results (basic SQL would be advantageous but not required)
  • A demonstrated interest in international markets and cross-cultural communication, preferably with localisation experience
  • The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively, taking ownership of projects while effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills with experience using tools to track and deliver multiple initiatives
  • Excellent attention to detail and natural inclination for continuous improvement

IF YOU WERE HERE LAST WEEK YOU MIGHT HAVE…

  • Presented your weekly marketplace performance analysis to key stakeholders in the marketing team with recommendations for improvements
  • Developed a targeted advertising strategy for one of our emerging markets
  • Implemented data-driven improvements to our JP storefront based on regional shopping behaviors
  • Briefed our Creative team and Digital Content Coordinator on a project to optimize A+ content for our EU audiences
  • Maintained our Amazon project management portfolios, tracking key marketplace initiatives and milestones
  • Conducted an Amazon listing audit on our top selling products in the US to come up with a plan for optimising product titles, bullet points, and descriptions for improved discoverability, organic ranking and conversion
  • Coordinated with our Logistics team to optimize inventory levels in our North America marketplaces
  • Met with our Customer Service team to review tickets from Amazon customers and discussed how to optimise their experience
  • Connected with Amazon account teams to maximize new promotional opportunities
