Job Objective
The Sales & eCommerce Specialist is a dynamic, cross-functional role responsible for the execution, maintenance, and growth of Analog:Shift’s digital sales channels. This position plays an integral part in supporting daily eCommerce operations, order processing, digital merchandising, and cross-departmental coordination. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a keen understanding of both sales strategy and digital commerce.
Working closely with internal teams including Sales, Operations, and Creative, the Sales & eCommerce Specialist will support product listings, campaign execution, content updates, and fulfillment logistics. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and the drive to identify opportunities for process improvement and online growth.
The Sales & eCommerce Specialist serves as a key liaison between departments, ensuring alignment on product launches, inventory accuracy, and online presentation. The successful candidate will bring an entrepreneurial spirit, a collaborative approach, and a customer-first mindset.
Core Accountabilities
•Manage and update all eCommerce selling platforms, ensuring accurate product listings and PDP, pricing, imagery, and descriptions.
•Process and fulfill online orders, including picking, packing, and shipping, while ensuring timely updates and communication with customers.
•Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Creative teams to execute digital campaigns, upload featured content and prepare new product launches.
•Monitor and maintain duplicate listings, ensuring streamlined and consistent online catalog management.
•Track and analyze sales performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization across platforms.
•Support customer inquiries and commercial leads, ensuring prompt and professional responses that align with the brand’s service standards.
•Maintain cross-functional communication, acting as a bridge between departments to align on online initiatives and product readiness.
•Assist in general website maintenance, including homepage refreshes, promotional banners, and seasonal content updates.
•Anticipate challenges and identify solutions proactively, contributing to business planning and operational improvements.
•Uphold brand standards and professionalism, both in customer-facing interactions and internal communication, reflecting Analog:Shift’s values and aesthetic.
•Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
•Business related travel when required.
Essential Experience
•Strong background in eCommerce development, execution and performance measurement.
•Operational background for planning, development and execution of business plans
•Direct experience coordinating campaigns in platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
•Advanced analytics capabilities to support recommendations with data-driven findings, including advanced excel skills
•Knowledge of digital advertising formats, KPIs, and communication metrics
•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate data and analytics across multiple business departments
•Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate analytic data into strategic ideas
•Proficient with Shopify+ platform and management
•Experience with Klaviyo, CRM tools, and marketing against existing customers
•Merchandising on the web
