E-Commerce Marketplace SpecialistResponsibilities:
Amazon and Other 3P Marketplaces like Shopify
Create, manage, and optimize listings for all marketplaces
Perform day-to-day account management of various catalogs and unique SKUs across marketplaces to maintain and optimize product listings based on current best practices
Monitor marketplace competition, providing notification of potential threats and opportunities
Identify and promptly react to marketplace issues, e.g., suspended or suppressed listings, unwanted attribute changes, inventory issues, copyright/trademark/patent infringement, and incorrect fee changes
Work with team leaders to implement and monitor marketplace advertising strategies
Assist with reporting and analysis of marketplace performance
Collaborate with the marketing team to populate listings with optimized written content and supporting visuals
Help facilitate onboarding and integration of new marketplaces
Hire and manage outside vendors for SEO, content writers, and PPC management.
Champion optimization of web content (SEO) to increase search engine visibility.
Execute cost-efficient SEM practices (content strategy) to increase SERP results and improve the click-through & conversion rates.
Develop, analyze, create, and optimize paid search marketing campaigns against sales and A/S goals, along with close collaboration with cross-functional groups, and identify profitable expansion opportunities. This will also focus on keyword selection.
Product catalog updates and maintenance include adding new products, ensuring the accuracy of existing data, updating product images, and finding opportunities to improve the customer shopping experience through improved product data.
Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, rankings, ratings and customer reviews.
E-Commerce Marketplace SpecialistRequired Skills & Experience:
Bachelor‘s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology or related field
3-5 years‘ experience with e-commerce, packaged goods or consumer marketing
US Work Authorization
Experience with Amazon Seller Central management and listing optimization
Experience with Chewy Management system
Significant Experience with Shopify or Shopify Plus.
Knowledge of Amazon A+ content, Brand Registry and Keyword Optimization is a strong plus
