Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Support and drive the company’s digital transformation initiatives.
- Improve and modernize IT systems, networks, CCTV, and communication technologies.
- Analyze and optimize business processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Implement and support new digital tools and technologies.
- Provide user training and promote technology adoption across departments.
- Propose and present innovative ideas or digital solutions for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the IT team and other departments to ensure system stability, reliability, and security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, data management, or related field.
New graduates with a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365, especially Advanced Excel and data analysis.
- Basic knowledge of network systems and troubleshooting is an advantage.
