Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support and drive the company’s digital transformation initiatives.
  • Improve and modernize IT systems, networks, CCTV, and communication technologies.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Implement and support new digital tools and technologies.
  • Provide user training and promote technology adoption across departments.
  • Propose and present innovative ideas or digital solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the IT team and other departments to ensure system stability, reliability, and security.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support, data management, or related field.
    New graduates with a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365, especially Advanced Excel and data analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of network systems and troubleshooting is an advantage.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive learning mindset.
  • Good command of Thai communication and basic English for interaction with foreign colleagues.
