This role is accountable for driving strategic digital initiatives that modernise systems, improve organisational agility, and elevate the customer experience. Acting as a catalyst for digital innovation, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to design, coordinate, and implement change programmes that align with business goals. The position combines delivery leadership with governance, stakeholder engagement, and cultural enablement to embed sustainable digital capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end conception, planning, and delivery of the digital transformation programme and related workstreams.Translate the client's strategic objectives and customer experience vision into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.Act as the single point of accountability for programme delivery, stakeholder alignment, and digital maturity advancement.Align internal business needs and regulatory requirements with user expectations and digital best practices.Oversee transformation governance, including reporting, risk management, budget oversight, and vendor performance.Evaluate, challenge, and collaborate with digital agencies, system integrators, and software vendors.Drive adoption through structured change management, stakeholder engagement, and upskilling initiatives.Identify opportunities to enhance services through digitisation, automation, and data-driven insights.Collaborate with IT, data, and operations teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned.Build strong partnerships with executive leaders, delivery teams, end users, and vendors.Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and forums to co-design solutions and capture feedback.Act as a digital ambassador to strengthen internal capabilities and digital literacy.Define KPIs and track transformation impact, ensuring value delivery.Embed agile ways of working and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
