Responsibilities

  • Deploy updates and fixes.
  • Provide Level 2 technical support.
  • Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience.
  • Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems.
  • Perform root cause analysis for production errors.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop scripts to automate visualization.
  • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure, ensuring high.
  • availability, security, and optimal performance.
  • Create, manage, and enhance CI/CD pipelines to streamline development processes and enable faster, error-free deployments.
  • Develop scripts and automation tools to optimize deployment, configuration, monitoring, and other operations.
  • Set up monitoring tools, analyze performance metrics, and troubleshoot issues across infrastructure, applications, and networks to ensure uptime and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • BSc in Computer Science or relevant field.
  • 2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role within a software development environment.
  • Proficient with git and git workflows, TFS.
  • Working knowledge of databases and SQL.
  • Good English language.
  • Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services).
  • Knowledge of Cloud Computing and CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment).
  • Familiarity with Jenkins for automation and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of Docker for containerization.
  • Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Proficiency in cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and managing cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools, such as Kubernetes.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages, such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell, to support
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools, like Ansible, Chef, or Terraform.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
