We're currently looking for a Client Service Delivery Manager to support our growing operations in the Fund Administration department. This is a permanent role based in Luxembourg and comes with a favourable salary and benefits package.
If you were already in this Client Service Delivery Manager role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:
Undertaking full responsibility of a client relationship regarding accounting deliverables, supported by the Manager
Liaising with clients confidently and knowledgeably, proactively solving issues and responding to inquiries
Arranging the production of accounting deliverables for a diverse portfolio of the company's clients (Soparfi, SIF, SICAR, SCSp and RAIF maintained under LUX GAAP) supported by Fund Accountants
Preparing and/or assisting in the preparation of carried interest and other complex calculations in accordance with the fund documentation
To apply for this Client Service Delivery Manager role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
Between 2 and 3 years of relevant professional experience in Private Equity in Luxembourg, preferably gained either in domiciliation activity or Accounting companies or the Big 4
Knowledge of the legal structures and tax environment of Luxembourg
Ability to multi-task, well organised and meet deadlines in a busy work environment
Excellent numeracy, analytical and organisational skills, and the ability to conduct a thorough self-review
