Job Description A large banking client is looking for an Client Experience Officer to join the Operations group supporting their commercial clients. This team supports all commercial banking clients for onboarding, implementation and servicing of their banking accounts.
As a Client Experience Officer, this person will be responsible for servicing banking clients for all client onboarding, transaction requests, account updates and maintenance, and additional administrative support. These incoming transactional and administrative requests will be sent to the Client Services team to then forward along to internal teams with the proper instructions and documentation to be processed.
Daily, the Client Service office will be monitoring the clients banking activity, balance information, as well as internal databases to keep up to date on each client. Each Client Service Officer will be dedicated to a portfolio or set of clients that have been brought into the bank from Relationship Managers. They will continue to develop the relationships with these clients through understanding the client's needs and how the bank can serve them from a transactional and system perspective. They will partner with the Relationship Managers to service their clients cohesively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong eagerness to understanding banking operations and systems, in addition to an ability to provide top tier customer service to their clients daily. They will be knowledgeable about the banking capabilities and technologies available to their clients in order to understand and anticipate a client’s financial needs.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:- 1+ year of experience within Commercial Banking- Strong customer service skills- Knowledge of banking transactions (ACH, Wire Transfer, Stop Payments, Overdrafts, Positive Pay, etc)- Experience within Commercial Banking-Desire to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction- Fluent in Hebrew
