Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Delivery Associate at Match Made. The role involves day-to-day tasks of providing client services, communicating with clients and internal stakeholders, and utilizing analytical skills to ensure successful project delivery. While the role is primarily located in Jakarta, Indonesia, some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and problem solve effectively
- Client Services and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage client relationships
- Finance: Understanding of basic financial principles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in software or technology industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
