Qualifications/experience required
- A proven track record in a commercial role within the plastics/masterbatch sector
- Strong planning, time management, and leadership skills
- Self-starter mentality—able to work solo or rally a successful team
- Outstanding communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to listen, understand and collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored, commercially sound solutions
- Experience in project and strategic sales management
- Comfort working across both high-level strategy and ground-level execution
- Solid cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities
