About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join the growing national sales team. You’ll be responsible for driving new business growth in New South Wales – representing a suite of innovative technology solutions including phone systems, cybersecurity, AI tools, and digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities Manage the full B2B sales process – from lead generation and prospecting through to deal closure.
Conduct outbound activities, primarily face-to-face meetings.
Meet directly with business owners, CEOs, and senior executives to uncover needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of SMB clients within your state.
Present and sell our core offerings: phone systems, cybersecurity, AI, and marketing solutions.
Close deals confidently – with the majority of sales concluded in the first meeting.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
Leverage a dedicated monthly marketing budget to support your outreach and lead generation.
Attend a weekly sales meeting while managing your own schedule throughout the week. What’s on Offer Uncapped commission – typical earnings range from $10,000 to $20,000+ per quarter.
$5,000 minimum car and fuel allowance.
Full flexibility – with only one day per week required in the office.
You’ll be supported to be set up for success with a structured and hands-on onboarding and training. About You Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within technology, telecommunications, SaaS, or a similar field.
Skilled communicator who’s confident engaging with C-suite and senior business leaders.
Experienced in outbound sales, including cold calling, face-to-face sales, and door knocking.
Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Able to work independently while managing a local territory.
