About the Role:
As a Bartender/Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of high-quality cocktails, beverages, and coffee drinks. You’ll bring creativity and consistency to our bar service while maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and other beverages in accordance with our service standards.
- Operate professional coffee machines to prepare espresso-based drinks and other hot beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar/coffee station.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with inventory and restocking bar and café supplies.
- Comply with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender and/or barista in a hotel, restaurant, or similar setting.
- Knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, as well as coffee preparation techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Willingness to support different roles within the F&B department.
