Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based drinks, and teas. • Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and care. • Deliver friendly, attentive service and engage with guests in a professional and welcoming manner. • Maintain cleanliness and organization at both the coffee and bar stations. • Operate POS systems efficiently and manage transactions accurately. • Restock and manage inventory for both coffee and bar supplies. • Follow all hygiene, health, and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service. What We're Looking For: • Experience as a barista, bartender, or both (training can be provided for one area if you're strong in the other). • Located in or near Amsterdam. • Knowledge of drink recipes, coffee preparation methods, and service techniques. • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset. • Flexibility to support both morning and evening shifts when needed. • Must meet the legal age requirement for serving alcohol.
