Automotive Sales Manager Requirements:
- Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, analysis, and reporting of financial data.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to close the deal.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of resources.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product explanation, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, agency rules.
- Knowledge is great, but we also need you to be able to prove that you're that you've made a difference in Automotive sales.
