Requirements:What We're Looking For
- Strong industry background with one or more domestic OEMs (e.g., Ford, GM, Chrysler).
- Extensive General Manager-level experience, with full P&L responsibility and deep understanding of fixed operations.
- Ability to build, lead and retain great teams, and deliver results.
- Proven track record of high sales efficiency and strong service absorption.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow with our organization.
