This role is a key leadership role within an outstanding school and sixth form. The key foci for the successful candidate will be to lead teaching and learning, shaping understanding of effective teaching across the school and supporting individual teachers to improve. The candidate will drive the attainment and progress of disadvantaged students, will be the strategic lead for Careers, Information, Education, Advice and Guidance and line manage a Faculty Leader, or similar area of school.
