We are seeking to appoint 2 talented, committed and highly-motivated individuals to the posts of Assistant Headteachers.
The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to the aims, values and ethos of London East Alternative Provision and have a proven track record of delivering excellent outcomes for students with significant individual needs.
If appointed, you will be joining a senior leadership team committed to continuing the rapid pace of improvement, previously acknowledged by Ofsted, and complete our journey to outstanding.
You will enjoy the support of a motivated team of committed teachers and support staff, working together to:
- Dramatically improve the life chances of students, whose previous experience of schooling has, for whatever reasons, not been wholly positive.
- Accelerate the upward trajectory of rapid improvement and complete our onward journey from ‘good’ (January 2014) to ‘outstanding’.

Following the shortlisting process which will take place by lunchtime on Friday 13th October, candidates will be notified in the afternoon and invited to attend for an interview which will be held on Wednesday 18th October and Thursday 19th October.
