Responsibilities
- Perform timely and accurate financial reporting, provide financial forecasts, financial analysis for Binancetr and where other jurisdictions required
- Prepare month end closing deck including journal entries in Logo and group’s system
- Perform weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual regulatory reports
- Actively participate in quarterly tax audits; semi-annual independent audits; March and September end CMB unaudited reports
- Maintain tax, legal and financial compliance with local and global regulations for the exchange
- Actively participate to exchange license requirements
- Lead the implementation of regulatory reports to be built up in Logo
- Assist the implementation of new CoA and daily accounting of cryptos and revenue in Logo in line with CMB rules
- Monitor if customer invoices are issued timely and accurately recorded
- Liaise with banks, auditors, regulators, inspectors when necessary
- Maintain collaboration and communication with shared service centers and global teams resident abroad i.e. clearing desk, operations, finance, legal etc to achieve financial goals and objectives
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics or related fields
- More than 10 years of experience in accounting and finance in multinational companies.
- Experience in crypto/financial market/ audit background will be an asset
- Knowledge of Logo Tiger as well as e-invoice, e-ledger will be an asset
- Have a keen sense of risk and a good ability to identify risks
- Strong analytical thinking, committed, enthusiastic, self-motivated, fast in action with teamwork awareness ,focused on learning & personal development
- Familiar and interested in crypto and financial services
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a tight deadline-oriented environment with a high sense of responsibility and outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong MSOffice skills: Excel, MS Word, Power
