Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Other Requirements:
- Experience working in a non-profit or international organization (preferred).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance in Singapore/Indonesia/Malaysia (whichever is applicable).
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements efficiently.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts to support organizational planning.
- Assist in tax preparation, filing, and compliance with local financial regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
