Bilingual Sales Representative (Spanish/English)
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Spanish-speaking Telesales Representative to join our team as a Class Consultant. In this role, you will engage with registered users, particularly in the Latino-American market, understand their learning needs, and guide them in selecting the most suitable tutors. Your goal is to enhance the learner’s experience by providing personalized recommendations and assisting them through the class booking process. This position offers a competitive base salary with attractive commission opportunities.
Key responsabilities
Customer Engagement: Call and interact with registered users who speak Spanish to understand their learning objectives and preferences. Consultation: Act as a class consultant by recommending tutors that best match the learner’s needs. Guidance: Assist Spanish-speaking learners step-by-step in completing the class booking process, ensuring a seamless experience. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from users to improve our services and tutor matching process. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Cold Calling Exemption: This role focuses on engaging registered users and does not require cold calling, reducing barriers for applicants.
Skills & Qualifications
Candidates must be available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively. Customer-Centric: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on understanding and meeting customer needs. Sales Acumen:Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and close deals. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and provide solutions to customer concerns.
