Sales Representative

Shack Shine is a premium home service company specializing in window washing, gutter cleaning, power washing, and Christmas light installations. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Representative to join our team.

This role is ideal for a high-energy salesperson who enjoys working remotely, making outbound calls, and building relationships with both new and existing customers. You’ll be responsible for generating new business leads, rebooking past customers, and executing sales campaigns.

// Lead Generation & B2B Outreach Identify and contact commercial property owners, property managers, and businesses to offer Shack Shine’s services. Use online tools, databases, and research methods to generate high-quality leads.

// Customer Relationship Management Rebook previous customers for their annual services and upsell additional offerings. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

// Cold Calling & Sales Outreach Make a minimum of 80 outbound cold calls daily to potential customers. Handle objections and close deals to convert leads into bookings.

// Campaign Management Execute email and SMS sales campaigns targeting both residential and commercial customers. Follow up on campaign leads to drive sales conversions.

// Quote Creation & Sales Closing Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for potential customers. Ensure timely follow-ups to convert quotes into confirmed bookings.

// Performance Tracking & Reporting Use CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent) to track leads, calls, and conversions. Provide weekly reports on performance and key metrics.

Minimum one year of sales, telemarketing, or lead generation experience (preferably in home services or B2B sales). Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to handle objections, build rapport quickly, and close sales. Experience using CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and sales tracking software.
