Proactive Sales and Marketing Representative
SHAD USA is National USA Distributor of world-renowned SHAD brand of motorcycle luggage, headquartered in Miami, Florida. We pride ourselves in providing top quality luggage products and accessories to motorcycle enthusiasts worldwide with as primary focus attending and developing the US Market.
We are seeking an energetic, confident and proactive Sales & Marketing Representative with a focus on delivering a consistently high level of customer service to our valued customers while effectively promoting and selling our portfolio of luggage products.
Key responsabilities
This role requires engaging with current and prospective customers by responding to incoming calls, emails and chat conversations and developing creative ideas and marketing campaigns to help develop sales opportunities.
While initially this role is more focused on Sales and Customer Management, applying creative marketing skills will enable strong growth opportunities within our team.
We are looking for a responsible and organized individual, willing to make a strong effort to learn our product line, enabling you to proactively engage with our customers in a positive and energetic manner.
While previous experience in sales and customer service is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Engaging and interacting with people via telephone, chat and email are critically important for your success.
Skills & Qualifications
Fluent in English (B2/B2+) - both speaking and writing Responsible and self-motivated Customer service experience (not mandatory) Sales experience (not mandatory) Marketing Knowledge ( Plus ) Positive attitude towards work Reliable internet connection No background noise during working hours Own computer
Benefits
The starting salary for this position is $550 USD for the first 3 months. During the first month, you will undergo training, after which your abilities will be applied and reviewed with team support in real-world scenarios. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, you will receive a base salary of $700 per month. Future opportunity to earn sales commissions can easily double and triple your base monthly salary. If you have the right attitude and desire our team will train you to reach those levels.
