We are a growing marketing agency looking for a driven and persuasive Cold Caller / Appointment Setter / Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will represent our clients, making outbound calls to their prospective customers, introducing their products or services, and generating leads or setting appointments. Key responsabilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospects using provided lead lists on behalf of clients. Represent clients professionally by clearly communicating their value propositions and offerings. Qualify prospects by identifying their needs and matching them with clients' solutions. Overcome objections and engage in impactful conversations to generate interest. Schedule appointments or transfer prospects to clients’ sales teams. Accurately log all interactions in our CRM system.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales is a plus. Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to quickly adapt to various industries, products, and services. Confidence in handling objections and turning them into opportunities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for precise record-keeping. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
