Join our team and play a key role in driving excellence, safety, and productivity in our warehouse operations. We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for our D2C facility in Fort Worth, TX to lead a dedicated team and help ensure that every product leaves our facility meeting the highest standards of quality and service.
Available Shifts:
Sunday- Wednesday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Sunday- Wednesday, 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM
What You’ll Do
Lead, train, and coach your team to meet or exceed performance goals in productivity, quality, and safety.
Oversee daily warehouse operations—including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and organization of goods.
Plan and coordinate production schedules, allocate resources effectively, and maintain accurate time and production records.
Monitor key metrics and generate reports to keep plant leadership informed of performance and progress.
Manage warehouse activity related to sales, purchasing, and record control to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
Additional Responsibilities
Operate and work with material handling equipment and warehouse machinery.
Promote a positive, collaborative work environment by resolving employee concerns and maintaining open communication across all levels.
Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to thrive in diverse environments — from cold storage (-20°F / -25°C) to dry storage (up to 100°F / 37°C) — while wearing company-provided PPE and freezer gear.
Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs (or more depending on facility needs).
Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends as needed.
Comfortable working in environments with varying noise levels.
