Join the Lineage Foodservice Solutions team in Hanover Park, IL as a Warehouse Supervisor and play a key role in driving safety, efficiency, and excellence across daily operations. Available Shift: Sunday, 5:00am-2:30 pm, Monday-Thursday, 10:00am-6:30pm, flexibility to work Friday when needed
What You’ll Do
Lead and motivate a warehouse team to meet and exceed productivity, safety, and quality standards
Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to build a high-performing crew
Oversee day-to-day operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
Plan production schedules and allocate resources to ensure timely completion of assignments
Monitor and track warehouse performance metrics, reporting results to facility leadership
Support inventory management by overseeing sales, purchasing, and record control activities
Partner with leadership and employees to resolve issues, foster collaboration, and maintain open communication
Safely operate material handling equipment and ensure compliance with all safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience
Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict management skills
Ability to work in varying warehouse environments (freezer storage down to -20°F, dry storage up to 100°F) with provided PPE and gear
Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends as needed
