- Assist with mobility, hygiene, meals, and medication
- Promote independence, dignity, and social inclusion
- Maintain detailed care records and escalate concerns
- Support residents using hoists, walking aids, and care equipment
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ UK graduates or Graduate Route visa holders
✅ Skilled Worker visa switchers
✅ Applicants with genuine care experience or a passion for the sector
✅ Dependents welcome (if already under a care visa route)
