- Provide high-quality domiciliary care to clients in their own homes
- Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Support in meal preparation and feeding
- Aid with mobility and use of walking aids or hoists
- Prompt and administer medication as per care plan
- Maintain accurate care records and report concerns immediately
- Build compassionate and professional relationships with service users
- Always uphold dignity, privacy, and respect in care delivery
