- Deliver high-quality care in a supported living environment
- Support with personal hygiene, daily living activities, and meal preparation
- Promote independence, confidence, and social engagement

- Prompt and administer medication in line with care plans
- Accurately document care delivery and report concerns
- Build positive relationships with clients and families
