About the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Handle daily admin tasks, emails, and reports
- Make inbound and outbound sales calls and follow-ups
- Maintain client records and databases
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Engage in quotation discussions with clients, providing product details and pricing
- Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the freight forwarding industry
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Based in Dubai with good knowledge of the local market
- Knowledge of Air, Sea, and Land freight
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Existing client network in the UAE
- Basic computer and MS Office skills
- Prior admin or Tele sales experience
