Urgent Hiring for TeleSales Executives for Real Estate

Salary (CTC)- 15K -60K per Month+ Incentives

Experience required- 6 Months to 7 Years in Sales Profile

Language-Hindi and English

No. of Openings: 10+

Qualification required: Graduation

Job Location: Noida Sector-63


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Sales.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

·      Responsible for generating leads for business.

·      Following up leads generated.

·      Comparing a property to others in the area then convince to customer.

·      Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

·      Pointing out a properties best feature to buyer and answering their questions.

·      Designing and implementing of sales strategies for targeted revenue.

  • Responsible for preparing the daily sales report.
  • Responsible for participating in Property’s Events, exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

 

Requirements and skills:

·      Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

·      Fast learner and passion for sales

·      Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

·      Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

·      Good Knowledge in MS Office
