As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will combine sales expertise with technical knowledge to demonstrate our products and ensure they meet customer requirements. Your role is key in driving customer success, supporting our existing client base, and identifying new sales opportunities. By providing expert guidance and designing tailored solutions, you will help customers integrate our products seamlessly into their existing and potential systems.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrations & Representation – Plan and execute field demonstrations, manage loan systems, and represent the company at industry conferences and customer events.

  • Customer Solutions & Training – Work closely with customers to understand their technical needs, design tailored solutions, and provide expert training on product usage and integration. Support deployment, post-implementation, and technical skill improvement.

  • Sales & Business Development – Help to qualify, pursue, and close complex sales opportunities by showcasing technical expertise. Engage with customers, follow up on leads, and build lasting relationships.

  • Technical Expertise & Collaboration – Stay up to date with product developments, contribute to customer proposals, and collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Operations teams to ensure seamless solution implementation.

Job requirements

  • BEng/MSc degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field.

  • Over 3 years of work experience in technical project implementations.

  • Knowledge of Linux is preferred.

  • Fluency in both spoken and written English.

  • Customer focused, collaborative who can also work independently.

  • Be able to actively listen to and understand customer needs and effectively translate them into company solutions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to speak to a wide variety of audiences, internally and externally, ability to communicate well across cultures and backgrounds.

  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational, project and time management skills. Be able to effectively oversee and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Be available to travel 20% to 50% of the time.
