About the job
Job Description
At Tricog Health, we’re on a mission to save lives through technology. Our AI-powered cardiac diagnostics help doctors across the world make faster, more accurate decisions. Behind this mission is a team of passionate people and we’re looking for a Tech Recruiter who can help us find more of them.
If you love the art and science of hiring, enjoy working with data, and have the drive to build strong teams from the ground up, this is your calling.
What You’ll Do
Drive end-to-end tech hiring with a strong focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.
Source exceptional talent using advanced Boolean and X-Ray searches across LinkedIn, GitHub, Naukri, and other platforms.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for engineering and tech roles.
Ensure a high screening-to-offer ratio by deeply understanding technical requirements and candidate capabilities.
Manage candidate experience throughout the process - communication, feedback, and smooth onboarding.
Own post-offer engagement to reduce offer-to-decline ratio and ensure strong joining conversions.
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to prioritize roles and align on hiring strategies.
Maintain accurate and organized data across G-Suite and ATS tools.
Use AI tools and automation smartly to enhance sourcing, data management, and candidate reach-outs.
Demonstrate high ownership and judgment, balancing urgency with common sense.
Be approachable, flexible, and team-oriented, while taking initiative in solving problems.
What You’ll Bring
Around 3 years of solid experience in hard-core tech recruitment across junior to mid-level roles.
Proven expertise in Boolean and X-Ray searches, and a strong grasp of recruitment portals and sourcing channels.
Excellent communication skills with an eye for both technical and behavioral fit.
Strong stakeholder management and the ability to partner effectively with tech leaders.
Data fluency and comfort with G-Suite, dashboards, and structured tracking.
Hands-on use of AI-based recruitment tools and curiosity to learn new technologies.
A growth mindset, proactive attitude, and strong sense of accountability.
A balanced approach - disciplined yet flexible, detail-oriented yet agile.
Most importantly, someone who values people, learning, and teamwork.
Why Join Us
You’ll work with a passionate, high-performing team that blends technology and empathy every single day. This role will not just sharpen your recruitment skills - it will open a path to evolve into a strategic HR Business Partner for one of the most impactful engineering teams in healthcare.
