- Lead technical planning and delivery across core engineering projects.
- Coordinate timelines, milestones, and dependencies across teams.
- Write clear requirements and manage the backlog.
- Drive on-time delivery of high-quality systems and tools.
- Surface and communicate project status, risks, and blockers.
- Establish lightweight processes for improved execution.
- Champion engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
- Leverage AI and modern tooling to enhance workflows.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in project or technical program management.
- Prior experience as a software engineer, ideally within infrastructure or Web3.
- Deep understanding of developer workflows and team dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and organization skills.
- Comfort in fast-moving technical ecosystems.
- Familiarity with GitHub, Discord, and Telegram.
- High degree of AI fluency.
- A bias for clarity, learning, and iteration.
