Agrim is a B2B Agri-input e-commerce platform revolutionizing the Indian Agri-space. We are a multicategory platform dealing in Agro-chemicals, Agro-tools, Fertilizers, and Seeds with a PAN India operational presence. Agrim is a powerhouse in the INR 420,000 Crore Agri-Input industry, set to reach INR 660,000 Crore by 2030.
Since our inception in 2020, we've grown 1300% in scale, emerging as an Agri-Input leader with an ARR of INR 500 Cr. and a strong team of almost 300 rock stars.

Job Responsibilities – What do you have to do?

  • Achieving sales targets.
  • Training the sales team.
  • Handling a team of 100 ground sales members.
  • Ensure sales target is getting achieved every month.
  • Ensure number of meetings, number of visits are done on daily basis.
  • Ensure no fake visits are happening.
  • Ensure attendance is 100%.
  • Ensure visits should start at 10 AM in the morning.
  • Ensure attrition (agents leaving the company) doesn’t go above 10% at monthly level.
  • Drive discipline within the team.
  • Understand the customer data and create strategies to achieve targets.
