Job Responsibilities – What do you have to do?
- Achieving sales targets.
- Training the sales team.
- Handling a team of 100 ground sales members.
- Ensure sales target is getting achieved every month.
- Ensure number of meetings, number of visits are done on daily basis.
- Ensure no fake visits are happening.
- Ensure attendance is 100%.
- Ensure visits should start at 10 AM in the morning.
- Ensure attrition (agents leaving the company) doesn’t go above 10% at monthly level.
- Drive discipline within the team.
- Understand the customer data and create strategies to achieve targets.

NOTE :
