Essential key focus areas ​ 1) Market Understanding; Knowledge of Micro Market of the territory, prospect base, ecosystem (Employment exchanges, third party employers, non-organised sectors, tier-3 colleges, Alumni base, etc etc) 2) Enquiry Generation: a. Leading a team of sales specialists in the state and help them to achive the target b. Conduct multiple activities in Employment exchanges, colleges to an extend though limited, Job fairs, reaching out to unorganised sector work force, etc etc within the location or outside location. c. Engage effectively with Graduates to ensure lead/enquiry generation. d. Relationship building with all Stake holders to generate database of eligible candidates e. Extensive travel to outreach locations for lead generations f. Create and Expand the base of locations by adding more locations every month g. Activity management end to end, generate database of eligibile candidates, Extensive telephone calling on prospects/database to generate walk-in, making presentation to them, convincing them to take up the course and pay training fees, convince them to take up opportunity in sales role 3) Admission Process: a. Ensure correct and full course information is shared with the students b. Ensure students admission process is followed 4) System Updation & daily Reporting: a. Update system regularly b. Daily activity reporting c. Contribute to Batch occupancy and Batch launch ​ Job Responsibility: - Identify Colleges, Institutes, NGO, Employment Exchanges etc.. - Start Conversation by giving presentation - Understanding what profile the Partner is currently servicing - Understanding the infra which is available and or which is required for the Event/Activity - Data base collection for that city - Identify location for Event / Activity - Arrangement of Infrastructure for the Event - Initiate Database calling for the event - Coordinate with Partner for pre Event activities, Webpage, Banner, Advt, SMS blast etc… - Manage the Event /Activity - Conduct Seminar / Group counselling - Assess the students on one on one interaction - Counselling students - Understanding the Education Background of Student & then suggest career courses. - Initiate admission selection process - Coordinate internally during selection process - Ensure students are given correct information - Student follow-up & Doubt clearing - Understanding the issues of the student - Proposing solution - Offering various schemes - Student documentation - Student follow-up & Doubt clearing - Regular interaction with Partners - Understand the city dynamics and enabling them with proper support - Regular interaction with Students - Offering schemes for referrals - Organizing Alumni events
