In this hybrid entry level recruitment role, you will:
Manage high volume full cycle recruitment efforts for Cohere's part-time Annotation workforce & Internship programs
Assist the Talent team by managing Recruitment Coordinator activities (i.e. scheduling & admin & event coordination)
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current & future hiring needs
Build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Proactively identify and implement recruitment process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Update our applicant tracking and other systems (i.e. Ashby) with accurate information
This career growth opportunity is a good match for you if you have:
1-2 years of experience managing high volume/temporary workforce full cycle recruitment efforts preferably within a fast growing tech startup/scaleup
Experience managing internship recruitment programs
Experience using Ashby, Testlify, HackerRank, or similar tools
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Courage, resilience and an ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment
A track record of taking ownership
