Job Description:
We are hiring Talent Acquisition Specialist to support client hiring requirements. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring compliance with US staffing standards.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates using portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing → onboarding).
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers.
- Ensure compliance with W2, C2C, 1099 requirements.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication (spoken & written).
- Familiarity with ATS, VMS, and Boolean search.
- Negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work night shifts (EST/PST).
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field.
