About the job

• Source candidates creatively through multiple channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
• Post jobs on relevant platforms including LinkedIn, universities, and professional networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to support a positive hiring experience.
• Support campus recruiting initiatives and events.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team on projects as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting within a hi-tech company.
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
  • Experience screening resumes and conducting phone interviews.
  • Experience scheduling interviews.
  • High level of English proficiency, written and verbal.
  • Experience managing cross-functional recruiting projects or events.
  • Openness to adopting and working with AI-powered recruiting tools.
  • Advantage: High level of English proficiency, written and verbal.
  • Advantage: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advantage: Familiarity with Comeet (ATS).
