The Talent Acquisition Specialist will identify and utilize networks for strategic sourcing solutions for talent. In addition, this position may have assigned project work as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver full cycle recruiting for the business to include the following: advertise, recruit, screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure that only qualified and interested candidates are presented to hiring managers;
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates;
- Leverage online recruiting resources, internet solutions and in-house ATS to proactively identify and recruit top talent;
- Develop strategies to target and recruit a large candidate pool using a variety of tools and techniques, including, but not limited to, personal network, third party job boards, industry events, career fairs, educational institutions etc.;
- Consult with hiring managers to ensure an understanding of job duties responsibilities and business requirements;
- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be remain competitive;
- Educate hiring managers on the recruitment process; timeline, roles, and responsibilities;
- Build strong relationships with educational institutions.
Technical:
- 1+ years’ experience in full lifecycle recruiting in the healthcare industry is preferred;
- Knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence;
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system is preferred;
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment; demonstrate flexibility and adaptability;
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications;
- Knowledge of screening, attracting, and selecting techniques especially to source/attract new candidates to the job market;
- Team player who enjoys learning and contributing to the team and company values.
- Must be highly motivated and show a great deal of initiative with the ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with impeccable attention to detail;
- The ability to quickly learn and understand various processes regarding policies procedures in a constantly changing environment;

- Strong judgment; able to assess candidate suitability against pre-determined criteria;
