We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our vibrant HR team — someone who’s passionate about people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves the thrill of finding the perfect match. Be part of a dynamic, collaborative HR team that truly loves what it does!

What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles for the Israeli HQ.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define hiring strategies.
  • Source, approach, and engage top talent through LinkedIn, databases, networking, social media, and creative channels including AI tools
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and manage candidate pipelines using our ATS (Recruit).
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics and market trends.


Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a tech placement agency / recruiting firm – must!
  • Proven sourcing skills and strong familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools - must!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you know how to connect with people!
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and strong organizational abilities.
  • Experience in startup recruitment - advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew.
