Responsibilities

  • Conduct structural analyses and calculations to assess the integrity of offshore platforms.
  • Design offshore platform structures, including decks, jackets, and piling systems.
  • Collaborate with geotechnical engineers to design and evaluate foundation systems.
  • Review and approve structural drawings, specifications, and construction plans.
  • Coordinate with project teams and contractors to ensure compliance with design requirements.
  • Oversee installation and construction activities, including load testing and inspections.
  • Monitor the condition of offshore platforms, identify potential risks, and develop maintenance plans.
  • Conduct structural inspections and assessments to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Analyze and evaluate structural failures or damages and recommend appropriate remedial measures.

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or a related field.
